You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content:

7. Editing, Design & Printing

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs and approving the final files before printing or publication.

Once final approval has been provided, TZP Publication House shall not be responsible for any spelling mistakes, formatting errors, design issues, or omissions present in the approved files.

8. Pricing & Payment

You agree that:

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Charges for completed work remain payable.
  • Printing and production costs already incurred cannot normally be refunded.
